Exchanges and Returns
We want you to have an incredible experience with us, so we are willing to solve your problem in the best way possible. We carry out the process in a simple way to maintain our relationship of trust and transparency.
It is important to remember that most of our products are limited, this means that the product may be out of stock and we will not be able to exchange it for the same model, for example. In this case, you can exchange it for another product of the same value, keep the store credit, or we can refund the value of your purchase, this does not include shipping costs.
1. Deadline for exchanges and returns:
1.1. All events involving exchange or return must be made within up to 7 days, counting from the delivery date and must be communicated during this period to our email abrazzu@gmail.com or via our Instagram direct @abrazzu
1.2. Inform along with your exchange or return request: the reason, the products to be returned, and your name.
2. Exchange and return of purchase:
2.1. For this process to be carried out, the following conditions must be observed:
a) The product must be sent in the original packaging, with no signs of use;
b) Without breaking the original seal and with the tag attached to the piece;
c) And accompanied by all accessories.
2.2. We will not exchange personalized bands with initials, except in the case of a defect in the band.
2.3. We will not exchange products purchased on sale.
2.4. We are not responsible for products returned at our own expense, you must notify us.
IMPORTANT: In the absence of any of the above items, we will unfortunately have to return the product to you in the same condition as received.
2.5. After your request, we will guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary information. Then, you will have another 7 working days to post the product. If this is not carried out, your exchange/return process will be canceled without prior notice.
3. Deadline for resolving the exchange or refund:
3.1. We will notify you as soon as we receive your return. It will go through a conference and we will inform you if your exchange/refund was approved.
3.2. In the case of an exchange, you inform us which product you want, from our stock, and we immediately separate it to send it to you again. We ask for a period of up to 3 business days for this to be completed.
3.3. If you choose to keep store credit, you have up to 30 days to choose a new product.
3.4. For refunds, the refund of amounts paid will be made using the same payment method chosen during the purchase process.
4. Exchange and return shipping:
4.1. We do not refund return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
4.2. In exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost of sending the product to us, and we will bear the shipping cost of sending the new product back to the customer. If the product is proven to be defective, we will refund your exchange shipping.
4.3. In the case of store credit, due to our 30-day wait for the customer to choose a new product, the shipping cost will be deducted from this credit. We consider it as if it were a new purchase.
ATTENTION: Do not confuse purchase shipping with exchange/return shipping. Shipping costs for the initial purchase are not refunded. Exchange/return shipping follows the policy explained above.
